I'm planning on diving the Oriskany on my 100th dive. I know this is early, but I want to make sure I can get it in and dive it.

I want to invite everyone that wants to dive it. I figure at the rate I'm diving now, I should be able to do it .... here is where a lot of people might not want to do it..... in January or February. I have 35 more dives to be at 99 dives and hope to have my 100th in the Oriskany.

I have found the charter I'm going to use, IF I can get enough people. I called and talked to Capt. Douglas of H2OBelow. It will be a three tank dive. I mentioned it would be all recreational dives only. If you want to do a technical dive, PM me and let me know what you want to do and I'll talk to Capt. Douglas about it.

As of right now, I need 12 people total. Those of you that want to and are interested, it looks like it's going to be in January, possibly the first weekend. I will need to know what tanks you are planning to bring. You can rent tanks from MBT. Only have enough space for 20 - 8" tanks and the rest will need to be AL80's or HP100s of the same size.

So, PM me if you want to know more information or e-mail me at mwhitiesA@Tsysconms.com.

Hey Michael,

If you can't get the required amount of people, Dalton of Due South Charters runs a six pack to the Oriskany.  I know he does the two tank, but you can call him and ask him about a three tank. His number is 850-565-7247.  He is the same guy that powediver used a couple of weeks ago.  I know he can accomadate some larger bottles.  I bring my 100's all the time.  Let me know when you get a firm date.  I'm not scared of some cold water.  That's why I have a 7mm semi-dry wetsuit.

Well, I talked with Capt. Douglas and he said the max he will take is 12, but if we can get at least 6, we can still get the whole boat to ourselves for about the same price.

It all includes, drinks, snacks and cooked lunch too.

$165 to $175, depending on how many we get.  Why is that private information?

Then again, my information may be incorrect, but at least there are prices in the open to look at.
