Need to go diving

I might be posting this in the wrong area and I'm sorry if I am. I am going crazy looking for places to dive around here that don't cost a fourtune. Charter boats and such Would be sweet but I don't know anyone in the area to dive with. I have all my gear "Save for my BC. It's on layaway." And I would be more than happy to pitch in on fuel cost, to be able to go out to the rigs with some of the people that go, or any thing for that matter. I just want to go diving. I work in the oil field so my time off is a little crazy but if your going and I'm home I wanna go too. lol. Keep me posted...

Shaun,

I feel your pain man!  There is a dive charter here on the board out of Pascagoula, not sure if he's running yet, sent him a PM, iroc4life.  His website is http://www.ardischarterboats.com

Or, my friend just moved to Biloxi and he has a nice sized boat that we dive off of, he will be moving it to the coast sometime in the next few weekends.  If we go out I'll be sure to post the trip on here as we can always use 4 divers to alternate between dives.

I can get some awesome deals on some boats down there, I just cannot justify spending the money (as if I have it to begin with) on a boat when I live in Jackson.  No, I'm not moving to the coast!

Would be nice to have an 80-100' liveaboard that charters out of our coast right? :)
