For Sale / For Trade New Topic button?

I don't see the "New Topic" button on the For Sale / For Trade page. Maybe it's just me and I've got a setting wrong; but I see the "New Topic" button on all the other pages.

Top right hand corner, left of Post new poll?

Uhm, Frank might have to look into that. He just passed by my house, maybe he will get on fix it.

I'm using the "Soft MC Blue" layout setting if that makes a difference. I've got the "new topic" button on the For Sale / For Trade - General page, but no the page for dive gear.
