PCB October 19

Anyone interested in a boat dive from PCDC Sunday, October 19. I know Vortobefest is the same weekend. Tommy and I may try to do Vortex Saturday and PCB Sunday...let me know what you think

Hey,

Yeah we are supposed to be diving with MBT on the Big O, but seas are forecast for 6 to 8 on Sunday.  Hopefully it will subsude by then, but I doubt it.  Might see you at Vortex, LOL!  http://www.ndbc.noaa.gov/data/Forecasts/FZUS54.KMOB.html  There's the link for NOAA for Destin to Pensacola.  Not looking good.

We are going to dive St. Andrews Jetties Saturday then do our boat dives Sunday so we won't be at Vortex...maybe we'll catch you next time.

yes I believe so...

she was supposed to *work* this weekend, instead I will be! LoL. So, make sure you give her hell about it!

nah, on second thought, don't do that. She'd prolly pop me in the arm. I already have one comin to me anyway  :D

How did Gretchen do this weekend...A couple of the girls were having trouble, but I couldn't tell if she was one of them.
Wanted to check with you because I was concerned...Please give me an update.

it was Gretchen's sister. She lost her weight belt and shot to the surface! So, John and ray decided for her that it would be a good idea to sit the second dive out based on a potential safety concern (rightfully so). But she's okay. Gretchen got certified, so I think she did quite well.

Thank you...I was worried. Glad to know Gretchen did good. Tell her congrats from me. I didn't yesterday in fear she might not have gotten to finish.
