Vortoberfest IV - Oct 17, 18, 19

Scubaboard.com is throwing their 4th annual Vortoberfest party at Vortex Springs in Ponce De Leon Florida for 3 straight days!

Arrive on 17th, leave on the 19th.

Reserve your campground ahead of time because they will fast!  Then again if they run out there are many scubaboarders that will allow you to share their space, as the sites are huge.

I for one will attend this get together because it is one hell of a good time.  Myself and a few others from MSscuba ended up at Springfest and throughly enjoyed ourselves and I don't expect for Vortoberfest to be any different!

Would love for the MSscuba crew to get together and enjoy socializing and diving!  I hope to see you guys there.

P.S. - Morrison Springs will be re-opened by the time this gets here so we will be able to dive both locations!

I think I met you at Springfest.  I am planning to be at campsite #1 again with Dennis.  I'm not sure what kind of diving I will be doing yet.  I usually like to dive over at the Mill Pond.  I just talked to Edd and my Pinnacle Evo II has not come in yet.  So I will probably not go there this weekend, and go next (if my suit comes in).

Vortoberfest is a good time though.  Watching karaoke on Saturday night while everyone is cooking is a hoot.

I plan on going.  I will know for sure the weekend before.  It really all depends on $$ and whether I can find someone to ride with me.

My husband and I will be diving a boat dive out of Panama City on the 19th. Maybe we can come over and dive some with the group at Cortex Saturday. I look forward to meeting some more of the Mississippi group.
