I haven't booked my room yet.  I probably will book at the Day's Inn just so we are not spread all over God's creation.

Chris, its not next week its 2 weeks from now. 

Everyone still has a little time to figure out that they can go.  I'm not going to hold it against anyone who waits till the last minute to call Scuba Shack to book.

Vic, I hate to say it. but I think there is at least a 50/50 shot no one is going on this trip.  Gustav and Hanna look like they are going to make a mess of things.

I'm afraid you might be right. Even if the weather moves clear of the coast by then, there's no telling what devestation will be left behind. We'll just have to look at it about Thursday Morning.

The National Weather Service, Boat and Beach report is predicting 1-2 ft seas for Saturday out from Pensacola with scattered showers, Sunday they are predicting 1 ft seas. Doesn't sound to bad. I'll give Scuba Shack a call in the morning and see what they think.

I just called Scuba Shack.  I was worried about the Visibility after the storm.  They said no one had been out yet, so no one has  any idea what things are like.  With all the uncertanty I decided to cancel my trip.  I'm going to go to ABWA instead.  I'll take the money I save and put it toward a nitrox course, that way when I decide to reschedule I can enjoy it that much more. 

I guess this group trip just wasn't meant to be.
