Doctor Octopus!

I can't pass this deal up. :) Plus, one can never have to much gear. :)

there is always something else out there that i want, but for the most part i will be set once i get my steels back. i'll have enough gear to two "finding nemo" divers which is all i want to be.

Once I get these 5 regs, my new computer (Suunto Vytec DS), my doubled up LP108s and a new DSS doubles wing, I should be set. I don't really see getting anything else after that for awhile. Well, maybe another stage bottle and other small things. I do need another mask, my Oceanic died on me. (My carelessness.) A couple more reels, smaller SMB....  OK OK, I'll get more gear but, the first listed is the "main" stuff I need to get out of the way first. :P

I keep trying to streamline my set-up; but it seems like everytime I get rid of one thing, I pick up two to replace it. For example, I purchased my new BC with an Air2 inflator to eliminate my octopus. One less hose and second stage. But then I purchase a pony bottle set-up to replace my Spare-Air, and now I've got my hose and second stage back along with another first stage! Sometimes I feel like a giant Rubiks Cube...

Ahh, such is life!

I like first and second stages only. No air thingabobs or anything "fancy" like that. Keep it simple. :)

Mike-thanks for clearing up the technical terminology.  However, I'm still confused about the direct flow differential between an air thingabob and an air thingamabob.

Liza, don't you know that a thingabob and a air thingamabob are one in the same, so the direct flow differential doesn't exist.

I concur with this statement. :)
