I've added a new field to your profiles.  It's called, Real Name.

The name says it all, please enter your first name so that we don't have to address you by your online nick name.  Plus, it will help each member here get to know each other a little more.  Meeting someone IRL for the first time and not knowing their first name (atleast) after talking to them online for months/years is sad.

Great idea!!  I know first hand how "tricky" it can be meeting people for the first time ;D
