Hello to all. I’m Jeff Warner. I have been diving for a couple of years. I’m a Firefighter for the city of McComb. I’m the leader of the Dive team here. I do a lot of diving in Low/No Viability conditions. I always look forward to diving where I can actually see what is in front of me. LOL

Heya Jeff,

Welcome to the board!  I'm in the process of getting our calendar working, so maybe you could meet up with us sometime on our next dive trip.

I'll keep everyone posted!

Jeff,

Welcome to MSScuba!

Firefigther and the leader of the Dive Team? Man, that just sounds like a LOT of fun. You and the others will definetly have to go dive with us sometime down in Gulf Shores or Florida.

Thanks for joining up with us, really quick though, how did you find us?

Thanks,

Michael

Well I checked out your profile on ScubaBoard and clicked on the link and there you have it.

Yes being on the team is a lot of fun but as you can imagine there is a dark side to it.

Craig, we are new to the PSD scene. We just finished our ERDI-1 course.  Each month we train at least 2 days. We have a class room session and a dive day. We will have to get together one day and talk shop.

Trust me Frank.  Public service jobs are alot of things but fun is not usually one of them.  I speak from 31 years of public service and it ain't.  Every now and then you get to say, Damn, that was fun.  Usually, it's just "Oh, crap, glad I lived through that one!"

Hi Jeff,

your introduction sounds very nice !
In some area`s in germany the rescue-diving isn`t the job for firefighters. There is one organisation for waterrescue; this is called DLRG www.DLRG.de.
I`m leader from two Groups of Rescuedivers in the Frankfurt area. It would be nice to meet, take a look at your organisation and equipment and maybe have a dive together.
