Frank, I don't know if you are aware or not but as of January 2007, you will need a passport to go to Cozumel.  I think it applies to all travel except Canada.  A state issued driver's license and birth certificate will no longer be sufficient.

Thanks for the reminder. I did tell frank that awhile ago as my girlfriend and I take a cruise at least once a year. I told him to do it ASAP as the more people that find out, the longer it may take to get it.

Frank,

Go to Office Depot near my house and get your pictures, then head to the Post Office downtown Jackson. I did all that and had it sent off from the post office in about an hour total. (Driving, pictures, etd..)

The wait is the passport being sent to you.

I think mine was 99.00 or so. It might be more or less. Not to sure.
