New and lonely in Tupelo

Hey all in MS! I'm so glad there's a sight for just MS peeps! Anybody live in Tupelo or nearby???
I'm from SC and moved here about 4 years ago but haven't made enough effort in the past to meet local divers but now since we've decided to stay a bit longer I've decided it's time to try to make some connections!
I'm 33, married with no kids. I have enjoyed diving in S.C., Fla., Cozumel and Costa Rica. Plan to go to Belize in Jan. 08 and back to Costa Rica this summer. My husband and I would like to eventually own some property in Costa Rica and start doing underwater photography! We also enjoy riding dirt bikes, cycling and whatever else gets our hearts pumping!
I trained all the way up to Divemaster level (PADI) and helped with some classes but really I just want to dive for fun! I LOVE LOVE LOVE  the sea creatures!!

Welcome to the board!  Glad you decided to stop by! :)

I'm not sure if there are any people in the Tupelo area, but I'm sure that if there are they will speak up!

One day I hope to get to go to some of the remote islands to dive, one day!  We (Michael(my dive buddy) and myself) dive in FL/AL during the summer, but Michaels wife is prego so he's been cut off until further notice.

I for one, am ready to go diving!  When are we going diving, Cozziegirl? :)

Welcome to the board.  I'm at Sardis Lake so you're not to far away.

hey hey! I'm in Tupelo! I live in Guntown but work at Signs First down on South Gloster!

Have you heard anything about Scuba South? I heard the guy was retiring and didn't know if he'd keep the shop going or not.
I have learned that even landlocked lovers yearn for the sea like navy men.
