Hi Everyone,
New to scuba. Just got certified. Was terrified but I can't wait to do the next dive now. Live on the Gulf Coast. Found your web site by surfing the web. I am in search of a setup if anyone gets a heads up on something. I have a wet suit, fins, mask snorkel, and bag but need everything else. Any advice on brands/products welcome. Currently, I am looking at the ScubaPro Glide.

I use the Scubapro glide. I love it. I don't think you will go wrong with it.

Rhonda, Firstly, welcome to the board!

Since our site is so small at the moment, it isn't really a good place to find good used gear.  However, you can visit http://www.scubaboard.com/ and visit their classifieds section, you should be able to find something that fits your needs.

Oceanic and Scubapro are two of the better known brands, so try to stick with those, most shops in the US service those.

You might look into the Oceanic Excursion, it's a back inflate BC.  Very nice! (in borat voice)
