We're heading to the coast! Weekend of the 14th...

A few of us have planned to go down to the coast on the weekend of the 14th.  So far there's 3 of us.  We're hoping to meet up with bugman off scubaboard.com, he's  a local to the coast and knows where alot of wrecks etc are.

Hey Bugman is a good friend of mine and he will show you so good stuff and places.  I would like to go that weekend but I have a deep diver class I am teaching over at Blue Water.

LOL, what a small small world!  We met up with him on SB, after seeing alot of his posts etc I decided it would be a good idea to message him.

It looks like we will be staying at the state park in Pensacola in a HUGE tent.  Thank goodness we have blow up beds!

We are heading down Friday afternoon in hopes that we will get to a dive shop that is still opened in time to get our tanks.  We're going to rent 2 each and hopefully get around 5 dives in on Saturday, and 2 on Sunday.

The only problem with that, is the dive shop doesn't open on Sunday until 10am (I think).

If anyone wants to join us for the dives, I personally don't mind, I figure, the more the merrier, plus if a shark comes around, I'll just need to be able to swim faster than the rest of you! LOL!

I'm sure you and I will be diving buddies while we are down there.. either way.. I did just buy a new BIG diving knife. So, uhm, if a shark comes.. well, you know.

It would be nice to have some more people around, too bad your out making $$ this weekend, lol!  Anyway, me and Mike signed up for Nitrox with Deep South Scuba yesterday.  We're taking the class Tuesday and Wednesday night.

Wish Mike luck, he can't swim....
