Every dive is optional. Every ascent is mandatory.

I've been working on the coast for the last few months cleaning oiled birds and making what I thought was good money until I ran into an old friend that has been diving for BP during the spill......$1400 to go out on boat...$400 extra if he gets wet....$100 an hour in the water!!!  We didn't get to talk long, but he did say that it was 100' or less waters...........  They discontinued this a few weeks ago.....  I'm sick!!!
